Password reset by email is not active yet. The operator must run wf_config/sql/customer-portal-password-reset.sql on the shop database, set portal_public_base_url,
and configure outbound mail: a mail block in wf_config/store-private.php or the same SMTP fields in sibling wf_config/private.php (merged automatically when store mail is empty), or portal_mail_from for PHP mail(). See wf_config/store-private.example.php.
